Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Use shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Seattle, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
